Finding a size nine high top in the mud under the window might have been uninteresting, had there not been a foot in it. Yes, a severed member of one’s body was standing as if planted there and removed from the body, under my bedroom window, in one of my gray high top shoes. Boy Scouts of America is the best organization out there for boys. The BSA offers troop activities for boys from 5 years old, in Cub Scouts until they turn 18 and have achieved Eagle Scout. Little Johnny and the Lemonade Stand

“The circus is coming to town!” Tommy announced as he walked into the playground where his friends Johnny and Suzie were playing.

“I want to go.” Suzie announced, swinging along on the rope and tire swing. “How much does it cost?”

“The tickets are five dollars each. I don’t have any money, so I probably won’t get to go.” Tommy shrugged disheartened already with the idea.

“We could earn the money.” Johnny suggested, jumping from his swing and standing at the edge of the sandy ground. He began to draw in the sand with his finger.

“How could we do that?” Suzie asked.

“I don’t have a job!” Tommy pointed dejectedly at the ground with a stick and drew circles. (more…)
